A donkey was walking around and fell in a hole. While it was sitting in the hole a farmer walked by, looked down and started to pour dirt on him. The donkey looked up and he said, “Why did you do that to me?” The farmer didn’t say anything, he just walked away. So the donkey shook off the dirt and stepped on top of it.

The next day, the farmer looked in the in the ditch and poured more dirt on the donkey. The donkey shook off the dirt and climbed up a little higher. This process went on for a couple of days and as you can imagine, the day came when the donkey just stepped out off the ditch and went on his way.

You have to learn how to shake some things off! Click To Tweet

What’s the point? You have to learn how to shake some things off! God can take you from the bottom to the top, if you’ll just shake some things off. Shake off those old hurts, shake off those old mistakes. Shake off disappointment and regret. Shake off unforgiveness and a spirit of offense. Shake things off, put them under your feet so God can move you from the bottom to the top!!/p>

The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. May the grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.

Galatians 5:16-18 (NKJV)
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

1 Peter 2:1-3 (NKJV)
Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
