There’s a big difference between information and revelation. How does something go from information to revelation? Imagine a copy machine. When you want to make a copy you take the original and place it on the glass and then a light shines on the paper and a copy is produced someplace else in the machine.

When you become the Word of God, it shows in your thinking, speaking and giving. Click To Tweet

If you make a practice of reading the bible, when the information really gets into your soul, it will start to show up other places in your life. It will show up in your thinking, your speaking, your giving. It will show up in your integrity. You can read the bible with your eyes or listen to it with your ears and when it’s absorbed in your heart it will show up in your life in other ways. What you’ve read or heard in the bible will be transformed from information to revelation.
